I am a Registered Psychotherapist supporting individuals and couples who are navigating mental health issues, communication and conflict in their relationship.
I believe that the answers you seek already exist within you. What is often missing is a supportive and compassionate environment that allows your inner wisdom and strength to emerge.

My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and based on a compassionate Cognitive Behavioral approach. I have had opportunity to work with individuals facing mental health issues, couples dealing with relationship issues and seniors for grief and abandonment issues. I provide holistic approach to find solutions and peace of mind
