I have extensive experience providing therapy for difficulties including Anxiety, Depression, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Trauma, Relationships, Sleep Difficulties, Stress, and Self-Esteem. I provide exceptional assessment services and engaging psycho-educational presentations.
