Relationships are an important part of my work, but I also support individuals feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in difficult life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, others, or a sense of purpose. I offer a calm, supportive space to explore what’s beneath the surface and create lasting change. I’m also a Certified Sex-Informed Practitioner (CSIP) with additional training in sex therapy, supporting clients with intimacy, desire, communication, and sexual well-being in a compassionate, non-judgmental way.

Therapy doesn’t always need to go deep to be meaningful, sometimes you just need someone who truly understands. You might not be in crisis, but something feels off. Maybe you’re going through the motions, questioning what’s missing, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift. You might notice old experiences showing up in your relationships or confidence in ways that don’t feel good. My approach is warm, real, and down-to-earth. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, feel understood, and start making sense of what’s going on, without pressure or pretense.

You may find yourself feeling stretched thin, caught in your head, or disconnected from who you are, the life you’re living, or the relationship you’re in. Stress, anxiety, low mood, or major life changes can slowly take a toll, leaving you feeling unsettled or unsure of your next step. In relationships, this might look like constant tension, feeling misunderstood, or growing apart despite your efforts. Individually, it can show up as overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or a lingering sense that something is off. Whatever brings you here, you know things can’t keep going this way.

You’re holding it all together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story. Some days, the worry and mental noise won’t let up; other days, it feels like you’re simply going through the motions, disconnected from yourself. You might be succeeding by others’ standards, yet still carrying invisible pressure. Maybe your relationships feel strained, or you’re exhausted from trying to meet expectations that no longer reflect who you are. Whatever has brought you here, therapy isn’t just about getting through a crisis, it’s about coming home to yourself. It’s a space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

If anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or relationship issues are weighing on you, you’re not alone. Many people find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional exhaustion, conflict, or self-doubt, unsure how to break patterns that no longer serve them. You might feel disconnected from your values, overwhelmed by life transitions, or stretched beyond your current coping capacity. I approach therapy with compassion, cultural awareness, and the belief that meaningful change begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

Many adults struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive urges, or intense anxiety often feel overwhelmed before they even begin searching for help. I provide evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety using CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard approach for reducing distress and changing unhelpful patterns.

Something isn’t working the way it used to. You might feel it in your relationship, more distance, more conflict, less ease. Or internally, where your mind won’t slow down, your reactions feel stronger than they should, or you keep falling into the same patterns. Whether on your own or with a partner, these patterns are often rooted in past experiences that haven’t been fully processed. During stress or life transitions, they tend to surface more strongly, leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
