I offer trauma-informed, somatic counselling integrating attachment and Parts Work, nervous system regulation, pattern recognition, and spirituality. I work with trauma held in the body and fascia, OCD, disordered eating, addiction and pain, and support individuals, couples, teens, and groups with practical tools and relational depth.
