Now offering in-person, virtual and Equine-Assisted counselling and psychotherapy sessions. If you're looking for something a bit different, try therapy with horses and see how these magnificent creatures can support you on your journey.
Some of our specialties include working with men, women, youth & young adults, trauma and attachment, mental health, and autism/neurodiversity. Your therapist will draw from their 12+ years of experience and a variety of treatment modalities to develop a customized plan based on your goals and needs. We're here to help!
