All mental issues, from mild depression to severe mental problems start with negative thoughts and core beliefs. They take shape according to biological, social or environmental factors. With the lack of self awareness and self care they may get severe. My role is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you explore your past to deepen emotional awareness, build self-esteem and self-worth, and identify your values and motivations. Together, we’ll create a personalized path toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. To learn more about me and my therapeutic approach, you can visit my website.
I practice ACT for accepting negative thoughts/emotions as well as factors that we can't control. I also use EFT in relationships to balance emotions for a better self and better relationships. I also offer premarital counselling. You will also benefit from guided breathing techniques for emotion regulation.
As a member of this diverse society I have a deep sense of empathy and compassion. This leads me to maintain a non-judgmental approach with my counselees. Keep in mind, the greatest obstacle to change is holding biases, both toward yourself and to therapy. I will consider myself fortunate if I can touch your life and help you for a positive change.
