Welcome, my name is Senayit and I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist. Achieving mental wellness is something we all need and deserve. Yet, for many of us it doesn’t come so easy—often for many valid reasons. You may be living with depression, anxiety, symptoms of trauma, stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, interpersonal challenges, etc., all the while trying to cope with and navigate life. Some of the values that guide my work include compassion, authenticity, empowerment and respect for your unique story.
My therapeutic approach can be described as eclectic and tailored- as I draw from evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, DBT, ACT Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Emotionally Focused Therapy) to meet you where you are. I work with individuals and couples, offering therapy that is grounded in collaboration, safety and non-judgment.
