I’m Sena, a Registered Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work. As a specialized EMDR therapist, I help adults and young people move through what "just talking" cannot reach. I use Sandtray and Play-based EMDR to help children process trauma through creativity, and I offer adults a space that is both supportive and focused on active processing.
