I offer individuals sessions for all ages, as well as families. I typically support clients who may be experiencing depression/anxiety , feeling stuck, relationship issues, trauma, career burn out, self esteem struggles and difficult life transitions. My strong back ground in working with children, adolescents and their families for many years prepared me in supporting adults with complex childhood traumas as well. I am a member of the l'Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec. I believe that everyone is unique, therefore I tailor my practice to individual's unique situation.
I have been supporting children & adolescents and adults since 2000. My clinical practice with individuals and families is systemic, strengths-based, solution focused, inclusive, and culturally sensitive. I resonate with the humanistic approach, focusing on the present moment , and the person as a whole.
My ultimate intention is to provide you a space where I can guide you during challenging times, and at the same time, empower you in setting your goals and achieving them. I also provide support to adults who may be experiencing depression/anxiety , trauma, career burn out, self esteem struggles and difficult life transitions.
