"I use a mindfulness approach in counselling, and I encourage my clients to live more in the present moment because this is the only one we can act on, and change. I approach therapy from the perspective of the wholeness of the person, being aware of the body, mind and spirit connection. I encourage clients to reflect on their emotional well being because it affects their physical well being. We reflect on what their body needs in order to heal, and then to write their own prescription to healing."

"In our time together, you will find a nonjudgmental space in which to explore. We will talk about aspects of your life (e.g., experiences, relationships, fears, etc.) that may be causing you discomfort, pain, or confusion, and I will help you to identify the strengths that you possess. My role is to hear you, and when you decide it is time, to help you find sustainable, holistic solutions. "I approach therapy with an open mind that is free of judgement and full of genuine care. I use a variety of theoretical frameworks and techniques that benefit individual clients; I believe in being adaptable because everyone is unique in their perspectives, experiences, and needs. My main theoretical framework is grounded in attachment theory, while sessions are client-centred; the methods and motivation to develop positive change comes from within oneself. I naturally gravitate towards developing an empathetic understanding of my clients, which promotes strong therapeutic relationships and positive client expectations."

Self Esteem Counsellors
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum. Equally, to lack confidence or lacking confidence is common amongst teens: child self esteem issues can be helped with self esteem support groups in S4P and therapists' support dealing with self esteem.

If you're looking for help with self esteem in S4P or for a S4P self esteem counsellor, these professionals provide therapy for self esteem. They include self esteem counsellors in S4P, self esteem psychologists, self esteem psychotherapists and self esteem therapists in S4P. They can help with counselling for self esteem in S4P or self esteem counselling and treatment for self esteem.

How can I tell if a therapist is right for me?
Therapists in S4P are able to work with a wide range of issues.

For example, if you're seeking a marriage counsellor in S4P you'll find that most therapists are trained in marriage counselling or couples counselling in S4P and couples therapy. And they welcome families for family counselling in S4P or family therapy in S4P.
