No matter what you are struggling with, it can be that much harder when you feel that you are alone with it. When it comes to sexual difficulty, chronic pain, and the many other losses that go unseen, it can seem like (or perhaps you’ve been told) the only choice is to suffer in silence. I am here to help you see the many other options available, and to move towards those that best suit you! Know that by being here and reading this, you have already taken the first steps.
To find what “suits” you, we will learn together who YOU are, discuss where you want to go, and collaborate on how to get you there. I take a holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy and draw from a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioural, pain-reprocessing, attachment-based, and humanistic.
My background as a Registered Massage Therapist and volunteer with Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse has facilitated my ability to connect with a wide range of clients and backgrounds. Outside of my work with clients, you may find me riding some kind of board, enjoying any kind of music, struggling as a plant mom, and loving my loved ones.
