Formally, Tina J. Smith & Associates Counselling & Psychotherapy, we have restructured to provide additional support. Having 28 years of experience in mental health, I understand that everyone faces painful experiences. This suffering can feel overwhelming. We are here to help provide insight, tools, and treatment toward restoration and healing. We are here to support you with tools and treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, or relationship concerns. We specialize in training that supports your healing and recovery. We ONLY provide research-based treatment. We specialize in trauma treatment and have a therapist who specializes in sex therapy for couples, both virtually and in person.
