Thanks for visiting <3 Perhaps this a moment of change-seeking in your life, maybe you're wanting to have better relationship with yourself and others, heal and change old patterns and feel lighter and resilient.
Healing is a journey of reconnecting with ourselves through radical self-compassion, and accepting and embracing all of our parts. I offer a nonjudgmental space where we can work together to explore your inner world with curiosity, understand your adaptive responses and strategies, and tune into the wisdom of your body as a resource for change and growth. Together, we’ll navigate life’s waves with mind-body resiliency.
Many of us didn’t have our needs fully met by our caregivers or environment growing up, which can deeply affect our sense of self and our relationships with both ourselves and others. We get to explore how this shows up today for you. My approach is rooted in an attachment and trauma-focused lens, informed by feminist principles and harm reduction practices.
When your work with me, we honour the personal being political, and the body as a resource for healing. I offer a compassionate, warm and client-centered approach with space for humour and joy. I would be honoured to hear from you and see how we can work together. I offer a free consultation, to ensure that my services are a good fit for you and your needs.
