Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or emotionally drained by expectations from family, culture, or relationships? On the outside, you may appear to be managing — but internally, things feel heavy, confusing, or exhausting. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this on your own. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and identity-related stress particularly when cultural, faith-based, or family expectations add another layer of pressure.

Are you looking for someone who understands what it’s like to get caught in a cycle of overthinking, or feel overwhelmed by things that seem like they should come easily? Someone who understands how anxiety can make everything feel more intense, or how ADHD can make everyday tasks feel exhausting? Or maybe you and your partner find yourselves having the same argument over and over, wondering how you ended up here again? I work with individuals and couples navigating these experiences, and together we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and find approaches that genuinely support lasting change.

I work with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating. This can show up in relationships that feel confusing or heavy, family pressure, school or work stress, or a mind that will not slow down at night. You might find yourself overthinking everything, feeling responsible for others, or worrying about being too much or not enough. Many of my clients are used to handling things on their own and pushing through, but reach a point where they feel exhausted, stuck, or unsure of how to feel better. There is often a sense of carrying a lot internally without really having somewhere to offload it.

Do you struggle with everyday stressors? Anxiety? Depression? Self-image? Managing life transitions? Is communication and setting boundaries a consistent issue you face? You are not alone. Over time, these common issues can creep into nearly all aspects of your life. Taking the first step to reach out is a powerful way to open the door to healing. I create a warm, non-judgmental environment where we can turn these all-consuming issues into workable goals to help you get back to being 'you'.

Life often presents us with challenges that test our strength, patience, and self-belief, yet these very challenges can also become opportunities for growth and self-discovery. My goal is to help you discover and cultivate your own personal strengths to make these challenges more manageable and build confidence in your ability to navigate these hurdles with purpose and resilience.
