I work with younger and mid-life adults and couples, many of whom are experiencing difficulty with relationships, identity, anxiety, and depression. Areas of concern might also be how to navigate spirituality, sexual orientation, or life direction and transitions. I want to create practical and personal strategies for people in a compassionate space where they can be fully and safely heard and seen. Quite often, people I work with are employed in creative fields: art, music, film, tech, or jobs in social justice work and helping professions.
We can delve into questions about your relationships (How can my partner and I communicate better?) or identity formation and your future (Who am I? What should I do with my life?). We can explore questions about your sexuality or how to get through grief and loss or how to navigate the current difficulties in your life.
I consider the client (you) to be the expert about your life and my job is to learn where the difficulties or struggles show up and then understand the vision and version you hold for your preferred future. We will co-create healing narratives, ideas, and practices that bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be going forward.
