I am a passionate helper who believes in honesty and transparency above all else. I have a particular interest in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and loss and grief.
My primary approach to therapy involves cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, but I also believe in accounting for the uniqueness of everyone’s lived experiences and aim to tailor the therapeutic process on an individual basis to better provide an accepting and effective therapeutic environment.
I value inclusivity, respect, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship, and I believe that in that relationship it is the client who is the expert, not the therapist. I will work with clients to forge paths to better futures by focusing on strengths, encouraging growth, and improving self-understanding.
