I specialize in trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals with complex emotional and relational difficulties and major mental health conditions. I offer structured, evidence-based treatment using CBT, Schema Therapy, CPT, DBT, Narrative and CBT for Psychosis to target maladaptive beliefs, improve emotional regulation, enhance interpersonal functioning.
