Welcome to Seasons Psychotherapy! We are a team of integrative somatic psychotherapists, dedicated to providing our clients with a safe space to explore their mind, body, and spiritual health and move toward healing. We provide trauma-informed care, grounded in respect for our clients and their lived experience. At Seasons, we believe that healing is a whole-body, whole-self process, and a journey of remembering who we are beneath the layers of survival, expectation, and adaptation. We will support you in your process of self-discovery. We will work with you, at your pace, to explore your concerns, identify your needs, heal the parts of yourself that have been wounded, and integrate them back home to the self. Our approach is inclusive of all parts of you, and integrative of the mind, emotions, and body.
We take a humanistic, client-centred approach to healing. Together, and with your informed consent, we can explore a variety of healing tools, including mindfulness, body awareness, visualization, creativity, writing, movement, and nature connection.
