I currently have limited availability for virtual treatment and a waitlist for assessments. I work with clients of all ages for a broad range of difficulties including: anxiety (e.g., perinatal, generalized/social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias), depression, difficulties in school (e.g., ADHD, learning disorders), social communication (e.g., autism), self-esteem, interpersonal issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress, and coping with neurological disorders or injuries (e.g., brain injury/illness, MS, epilepsy).
I conduct neuropsychological, psychological, psychoeducational (e.g., ADHD, learning disorders), and autism evaluations with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I am also available to conduct dementia screenings and baseline cognitive assessments, where declines may be anticipated.
My primary therapeutic orientation is cognitive-behavioural (CBT), and I rely heavily on evidence-based treatment approaches. Please visit my website for more information.
