I would be honoured to accompany you in this journey.
My approach to therapy is relational and integrative, drawing from experiential, somatic, and trauma therapies, mindfulness, attachment, internal family systems, emotional focused therapy, and AEDP. I also support people to notice how the existential and spiritual questions intersect with our choices to build a life that is cohesive and satisfying.
In therapy together, we will explore with curiosity what is happening in the room, in your body, and between us. It is my goal for you to feel accompanied and safe enough to turn toward what feels painful and scary in order to allow in a new experience that we create together.
