When it comes to how I practice therapy, I believe that everyone can benefit from speaking to someone, and sometimes we need to speak to someone who is not directly affected by our processing. I also believe that most people can work through their issues on their own and may benefit from extra support to be a sounding board, give tools and strategies, and offer encouragement and compassion. That's where I come in. Together we can carve out a space in your busy life to work through whatever is going on and to create positive change.
I provide compassionate and evidence-based interventions to help clients navigate their situations and reshape their stories. I have experience working with individuals, as well as family counselling, child and youth counselling, and play therapy. I am currently working with individuals, specifically adolescents and adults, but hope to expand in the future.
Currently, I am working out of West Royalty as my main office. However I also have a Montague office available for those who live East which is available once a week at the moment.
