I've had the privilege and honour of supporting individuals and families traversing palliative care, end-of-life care and as caregivers go through their grief journey for over 10 years. Additionally, I’ve supported clients through a wide range of challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Wherever you are, I'll meet you where you’re at.
I come from a long line of “listen-first, talk-second” men who believe in being present, intentional and real with those who they encounter. I approach every conversation, personally and professionally, with patience and compassion.
Let me fill you in on a secret: Even your therapist gets help when they need it! With the unprecedented times as of late, a lot of us have become quite comfortable within our spaces and places. Take the first step to counselling with me and let’s get you out of that place.

Adult Grief Group

We’ve put together a virtual Grief and Loss Group, commencing May 13th 2025. We appreciate the healing and self-discovery you’ve done on your own and hope to add to this. Group members will: -connect with the unique love bond you share with your deceased loved one(s) -build distinct ways to memorialize and commemorate loved ones -strengthen bonds to self to cultivate deeper self awareness -further understand how the secondary and tertiary changes impact us after experiencing loss -build community to gain external support and guidance Please share with whomever you feel will benefit.
