Work with me is challenging, meaningful, and transformational. My methods are mainly informed by experiential therapy, depth psychology, behavioural therapies, and coaching. I vary my approach in order to provide clients with sessions tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and personalities.
My style is often quite friendly, direct, and can be playful. I don’t radically alter my demeanor or wear a false persona when I’m in the role of therapist. My approach is to be as authentic as possible within the bounds of appropriate ethical constraints, because I’m seeking to create a genuine relationship with you.
