A Bigger Picture offers one-to-one and couples counselling to youth and adults for a wide range of personal difficulties. An integrated, trauma-informed approach is used, with influences from the Person-Centred, CBT, DBT, and Narrative therapy models being prevalent. The Gottman approach is very influential on our couples work.
The purpose of my work is to inspire people to choose the best version of themselves every time. My inspiration comes from the belief that when we reduce the suffering of the individual, their communities suffer less and, thereby, the world becomes a healthier place. I am inspired by strength within kindness, positivity within struggle, honesty within doubt.
