Counselling provides practical solutions for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addictions. I work with adults, students, emerging adults, and people in mid-life. Together we can understand and overcome outdated habits and work towards the development of an authentic personality.
My counselling approach is to create a contained space in which your work of self-discovery can take place. I explore issues in-depth and have training to work with young adults and midlife issues. LGBTQ and First Nations people can trust they will find a safe place with me. I provide online and have an office in Victoria, BC.
