If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past, are struggling to find stability, or navigating intense emotions, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we will explore your experiences, the impact they have had on your life and develop ways to live alongside your trauma. Working at your pace, and never asking you to relive your trauma, we will find practical solutions to bring you inner harmony. If you experience dissociation or multiplicity, our focus will always be cooperation rather than integration.

I am here to support you with the living legacy of trauma and dissociation. I welcome clients from any and all backgrounds, and work with cultural humility, providing a safer space for you to explore and manage the symptoms of trauma and make sense of your life and relationships.

I have helped many people with many backgrounds and stories. With three decades of experience as Registered Nurse, I bring unique skills and knowledge to my therapy work. Reaching out for help can be tough, so my priority is making your journey as easy safe, and comfortable as possible. I offer sliding scale fees for those on limited income.
