Scott Erickson, MEd, CCC, Counsellor in Winnipeg
Sometimes a problem gets to feel so big that it feels like that's all there is in life. My job is to help people find ways to reclaim their lives, to be more in charge of the way they live, and to help people shift problems to place where they matter a lot less. I want to help people the lives they want to see for themselves - to help them live according to their values, their beliefs, their chosen purposes in life, and their dreams.
If this means taking their lives back from what depression, anxiety, abuse or ADHD have brought about in their lives, or reclaiming what arguing and hurt have taken way from their relationships, or leaving behind the effects of whatever other problems, I believe it is possible.
I am committed to standing beside individuals, couples, children and families to help them to live the lives they want to live, and to be the people they want to be.
