I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I specialize in mental health and health, and I have 8 years of clinical experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families who are faced with anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, mood dysregulation and much more. I understand the connection between the human mind and behaviours, and complex aspects of social development. There are potential explanations for our unhealthy thoughts and unhelpful behaviours which may be rooted in our social environments.
Offering virtual therapy sessions, I aim to conduct each session with kindness and compassion, drawing on Evidence Based Therapeutic techniques. My approach is person-centered and trauma informed. It is my goal to provide a safe space free of judgement and bias in order to allow you to feel comfortable sharing parts of your life story with me.
