As a relationship and sex therapist my purpose is to help you and your partner build reconnection. Do you have low self esteem in your relationship? Are you feeling torn about recent infidelity to stay together? Or are you interested in gaining communication tools for your marriage with premarital counselling? In my approach, I seek to deepen the lost sense of connection through empowerment, courage, and vulnerability. I believe there is a space opened for you to explore that new found sense of meaning and growth. If you are ready to explore, I would love to connect.
Using the Gottman method, I help couples create a shared meaning and communicate productively. I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotion focused therapy, and somatic experiencing to work with relationship problems, self-esteem, and trauma. With my integrative approach I offer meaningful insights and deeper understanding of yourself and your partner.
Together we will collaborate on following your path from healing to growing to thriving. You can expect me to help translate missed connections and help strengthen your personal relationships with warmth, gentleness, and compassion. Does this feel true for you? Feel free to send me an email to book a 15 minute free consultation. I look forward to chatting.
