As a relationship and individual sex therapist my purpose is to help you and your partner(s) rebuild connection. If you have low sexual desire in your relationship, are feeling torn about recent infidelity to stay together, or you need tools for effective communication, its likely you are questioning whether to stay together. In my approach, I believe you deserve to experience love making, to seek to deepen your lost connections using the courage and vulnerability you bring into session. There is a space opened for you here to explore your new found sense of meaning and growth through boundaries both with yourself and partner(s).
Using the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems, you can expect to use the tangible skills we learn in our sessions and integrate them into your life. The sessions are experiential where you practice communication exercises and active listening together. Exploring boundaries, sexual desires, and parts work the integrative approach facilitates intimacy.
Together we will collaborate on following your therapeutic goals from healing to thriving. In our sessions you can expect me to bring clarity in your missed connections and help strengthen your personal relationships with warmth, gentleness, and compassion.
