When you live with chronic pain or illness, every day can feel like an uphill climb. You’re tired of trying to stay positive while juggling anxiety, stress, grief, and the weight of just existing. Deep down, you want acceptance, relief, and ways to care for yourself that don’t lead to burnout. You may be navigating life as a queer or neurodivergent adult, trying to find calm, meaning, and a sense of safety within your body and mind.
I help queer, neurodivergent adults process trauma, navigate chronic illness, and reconnect with themselves. In our work together, we’ll build sustainable ways to care for yourself and make sense of what you’ve been through. I draw from expressive arts, mindfulness, and movement-based approaches to help you feel grounded, supported, and more at ease.
Together, we’ll use creative expression, mindfulness, and tools to help you feel grounded and supported. My office is a place where you may be open about what's going on without fear of being misunderstood. I live with chronic illness too, and I believe healing is possible with care, time, and compassion. If you’re ready to begin, let’s talk!
