I use a unique, multifaceted approach to counselling which includes Family Systems Theory, experiential techniques and transpersonal philosophy and various counselling modalities including Gestault and NLP. I bring a listening ear, kindness and understanding to your sessions, so that you can feel safe to heal what needs healing.
