I use a unique, multifaceted approach to counselling which includes Family Systems Theory, experiential techniques and transpersonal philosophy and various counselling modalities including Gestault and NLP. I bring a listening ear, kindness and understanding to your sessions, so that you can feel safe to heal what needs healing.
I believe that each of us has a purpose and a depth waiting to be discovered that is intrinsic to our lifelong happines. I will help you to find your own exceptional and distinctive capacity to heal and grow. I will walk with you as you journey toward the true and real you.
