My name is Dawn. I am a Registered Social Worker, with over 26 years of clinical experience working in the field of mental health with indigenous and non-indigenous communities. I am a FNHA provider. I currently offer adult counselling using a Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy Approach. Life can be a struggle sometimes. Reaching out for help takes strength and courage. We can't always manage on our own. I am here to assist those struggling with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, disrupted attachment, and other mental health or relational issues.
