I provide Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy for Adults. Life can be a struggle sometimes. Reaching out for help takes strength and courage. We can't always manage on our own. I am here to assist those struggling with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, disrupted attachment, parenting, and other mental health or relational issues. I do not provide couples counselling. I provide telehealth adult counselling for clients living in BC and in-person counselling in Victoria. I have over 24 years of experience. Interventions: Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy and Circle of Security - Parenting.

Circle of Security - Parenting
Parenting can be challenging. All parents may feel confused or uncertain about what our children need from us. Circle of Security Parenting is based on decades of research. Circle of Security Parenting is focused on: to help parents understand their child's emotional world by learning how to read emotional cues, to support their child's ability to successfully manage emotions, to enhance the development of their child's self-esteem, and to honor the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure. It is an 8 week - 2 hour reflective program, with a video component. Group size: 8 participants
