About
I provide counselling for Adults and for Children and their Parents (Ages 0 - 12 years). Life can be a struggle sometimes. Reaching out for help takes strength and courage. We can't always manage on our own. I am here to assist those struggling with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, disrupted attachment, parenting, and other mental health or relational issues. I do not provide couples counselling. Call me for a free consult to see if we are a good fit. I have a lot to offer.
I provide telehealth adult counselling for clients living in BC and in-person counselling in Victoria. I have over 20 years of experience. Interventions: Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Holistic Expressive Therapy, Sand play therapy, Video-Intervention Positive Parenting and Sensive Discipline and Circle of Security - Parenting.
I am passionate about my work with children, parents and adults. I offer a 20-minute free consultation by phone or in-person to see if we are a good fit. I may also arrange home visiting. As a mother of three adult children and a grandmother, I live in gratitude each day.

Circle of Security - Parenting
Parenting can be challenging. All parents may feel confused or uncertain about what our children need from us. Circle of Security Parenting is based on decades of research. Circle of Security Parenting is focused on: to help parents understand their child's emotional world by learning how to read emotional cues, to support their child's ability to successfully manage emotions, to enhance the development of their child's self-esteem, and to honor the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure. It is an 8 week - 2 hour reflective program, with a video component. Group size: 8 participants
