I support clients in building strong communication, setting healthy boundaries, and improving their relationships with others and themselves. I bring professional experience in these areas—and also speak from personal truth. I’ve worked through my own challenges with addiction, codependency, trauma, and the realities of being a single parent. I’ve also experienced the growth that comes with blending a family and nurturing a healthy marriage. These experiences inform how I show up for my clients: with empathy, honesty, and practical strategies that come from both head and heart.

Hello and Warmest Welcome! I am Ikram and I offer telehealth across Canada. Reaching out for support is not easy and can be a scary and ovewhelming process. I get that the hardest thing we ever do is ask for help and I am so glad that you made it this far. Are you ready to deal with unresolved trauma? Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationships, feeling shame, lost, or misunderstood? Is that voice in your head getting louder and stronger, reminding you something is fundamentally wrong with you and you are not good enough? If any of this resonates with you, keep reading…

Spending much of my younger years as an elite athlete and growing up on a traditional farm with little resources, I had little-to-no understanding of mental health and how to cope with my struggles in an appropriate way. Although this led me down a personally-dark path, it also led me down to an eventaul road of personal accountability and a new passion for helping others navigate similar challenges using healthier coping mechanisms. Many of my clients fall within the adolescent to adult-age range and often struggle with anxiety, pressures, relationships, and low mood; That said, I am always open to supporting a wide-range of issues

You may find yourself at a crossroads, feeling lost, disconnected, and uncertain about your path forward. Burnout, self-doubt, and regrets weigh heavily, making life feel like an endless cycle rather than a meaningful journey. But within you lies the power to break free, to embark on a transformative path toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. The road to change may feel daunting, and though challenges will arise, obstacles are not meant to stop you—they are invitations to grow stronger. You will learn to face your past, be in the present, and invite the future.

Many people I work with experience anxiety, depression, or unhealed past pain. Ongoing stress, grief, and repeated relationship struggles can feel exhausting and heavy. Major life changes may leave them feeling lost, disconnected, or emotionally depleted. It’s often lonely, like battling something no one else can see. They are searching for calm, clarity, and a sense of direction, and for a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, heal old wounds, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
