I work with individuals who are looking to better understand their personal and social identity. Emphasis in the counselling field is often given to learning new thought patterns and coping skills. While I do this in my practice and find it effective, I also discuss the concept of 'unlearning' and its importance for growth, allowing us to create a new foundation which is centred on self-awareness. When we unlearn these 'autopilot' ways of responding to situations, we can create a reality where we are actively in the driver’s seat to create the lifestyle and connections that we find authentic, meaningful and long-lasting.

You might be seeking culturally safe support, a couple stuck in a painful loop, or someone navigating anger, grief, identity shifts, or the scars of abuse. Maybe you’re looking to feel more in control of your life, find a sense of ease or peace, or build more confidence a way to really come back to yourself and feel grounded again.

You are the expert in your own story and lived experience. I will work with you as a therapist, and you shall guide the ship. We all have skills, tools, and resilience that we can draw upon; sometimes, we just need to be reminded of these. As humans, we are continually learning, growing and healing and this happens from the cradle to the grave. It is never too late to start, begin again or reset and change your path or life story. As a registered Social Worker and therapist in Saskatchewan I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, couples and families, guiding them with empathy and respect.

I’m currently welcoming new clients, working with individual adults (18+) both in-person and online. Life can have its ups and downs, especially when juggling parenting, relationships, family, work, and/or separation, which can lead to feeling overwhelmed and doubt about what to do next. I offer a supportive and compassionate space grounded in a non-judgmental approach to talk through these challenging times. Drawing from mindfulness, self-compassion, emotion-focused therapy, and attachment-based principles, I help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop tools to navigate overwhelming emotions.

I offer counselling for children, adults, and families with a focus on lowering stress to improve your function and focus. No one is too 'broken' or 'damaged' to experience healing and feel better. Depending on your needs, we may process through some trauma or hurt, anxious thoughts, sleep issues, depression, demotivation, and relationship issues. I also have experience with grief and loss, addiction recovery, PTSD, special needs, work and school issues, challenging life transitions, and multicultural issues. Let's see if I'm a good fit for you; you don't have to do this alone.

Today’s world is a challenging place and the stresses that come from it are often unavoidable. Stress can affect your body, your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. How we respond to our stress is what is important. If we learn to respond positively, we can learn and grow in ways we had never imagined. My goal is to support you on your journey to better psychological, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I have particular interest in the areas of anxiety and stress management, disordered eating and body image, domestic violence, communication and healthy relationships.
