You’ve been praying for things to get easier, but the stress, overthinking, and
feeling like you’re falling behind just won’t quit. Whether it’s ADHD making
everyday tasks harder, anxiety creeping in, or relationships that feel more
draining than supportive, it’s a lot. You want a therapist who not only offers
you practical tools for support, but also honors your faith, someone who helps
you lean into God’s truth while working through real-life struggles. You might just be looking for a therapist who understands your faith or maybe, you're looking for Christian perspectives to be tied into session. Either way, I'm here to help.

I work with adults and youth experiencing anxiety, challenging life transitions, depression, and the impacts of trauma. Through my background in healthcare, I've supported people navigating caregiver burden, chronic health conditions, and grief. I also work with individuals grappling with social anxiety, perfectionism, and self-criticism. My experience has been that we all feel stuck at times with ways of coping that don't serve us anymore, but feel hard to change.

Beginning (clinical) therapy can be frightening, and finding a therapist is often overwhelming. While you may be ready to begin the therapeutic journey, interviewing therapists to find the right fit can feel intolerable. I offer a free 30-minute online consultation to make this process easier. I believe that within the first few minutes, you will know if we are a good fit and whether or not we will work well together. Most people feel relieved after the first session because they experience a release of a buildup of emotion they’ve been holding on to for days, weeks or months.

Accepting NEW Clients! Like a lot of men, you might not think counselling is for you. You don't want long talks about your feelings. It's too touchy-feely, and you doubt it would actually solve anything.
You've spent your whole life being told to "suck it up" or "be a man." So that is what you have been doing, trying to handle it on your own.
But you keep having blow-ups, or you feel on edge most of the time. At home you might feel like you're just going through the motions. Your partner keeps telling you, "you should see someone."
For 25 years, I've worked with men exactly like you. A lot of counselling just isn't built for men.

I support people who are struggling with the impact of trauma in their daily lives. Past traumatic experiences such as sexual abuse and violence, domestic violence, or emotional neglect in childhood can wreak havoc on an individual’s life and relationships in the present. Other times, new experiences can unexpectedly trigger unhealed wounds. The good news is that people are resilient and can overcome these challenges. I believe that everyone can heal. In therapy, I will support you to connect with your inner resources and strength to rewrite the story of your past and heal from it.

At the heart of my practice lies a simple truth: we are all travelers on life's journey, carrying the weight of our struggles. Despite our unique experiences, we are united by the shared threads of our humanity—pain, grief, and growth—each with the potential for a story of hope. I am passionate about supporting adults through challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, ptsd, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is especially close to my heart when helping those who are navigating the sometimes complex world of co-parenting, as I’ve walked this road myself.

My ideal client feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected - often after trauma, addiction, or a major life change. They’re tired of just coping and want to understand what’s really driving their struggles. They’re not looking for quick fixes - they want to get to the root of the issue so they can find real, lasting change. They’re seeking clarity, peace, and relief, and they want to feel like themselves again. They’re ready to do the deeper work, but they need support, safety, and guidance. They come to therapy not to be fixed, but to be heard, understood, and empowered to heal from the inside out.
