Many of the clients I see feel a deep sense of sadness, pain, or worry that interferes with their ability to fully engage in their lives. Often they struggle in regulating their emotions, feeling grounded, and effective in their daily living. Relationships with others are more difficult than they would like. Previous experiences or traumas might lead to intrusive memories or thoughts. They might have goals that they fall short of meeting or want to continue to excel under pressure. Life can be stressful, scary, unbearable, and complex- you don't have to face it alone.
As your RCC, I offer an attuned space and treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs. I have extensive, doctoral level training to help you reach your therapeutic goals in a safe, collaborative, evidence based, and compassionate way. I have training to work both in brief and solution focused or long term modalities on a variety of concerns.
In order to see if we're a good fit, I offer free 15 minute phone consultations. Please call or email me to set up a time to talk. My practice days are Wednesdays (in person or online) or Thursdays (online only).
