Hello! Welcome to The Serenity Space, I am so glad you are here. At the heart of my work is my value of creating a safe space for us to explore topics together. I hope to support clients to identify, express, and move through emotions.
I support clients to navigate trauma, anxiety, and emotional intensity with a compassionate, body-based approach. My areas of interest include trauma/PTSD support, BPD, ADHD, eating disorder concerns, and perinatal experiences.
I take a warm and person-centered approach to therapy. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting Therapy, DBT, attachment-based therapy/EFIT, The Gottman Method, and mindfulness approaches to support clients through the therapy process.
