As someone who understands how you feel, having experienced this myself before, I am here to help.

The area of interest in my practice is helping clients process all types of traumatic experiences. My practice also includes overcoming childhood experiences, and processing grief related to trauma, infertility, chronic illness, death and dying. I can also help you process existential concerns caused by our ever-changing, complex world.

I help my clients identify the obstacles holding them back. I use a mix of emotional processing and action-steps to help you achieve your goals. My approach is flexible to your unique needs. My hope is for your life to feel easier. I want to help you discover who you are outside of your depression, grief, or trauma.
