I focus on working with intense emotions, insecure attachment, acute and developmental trauma, nervous system healing, and neurodiversity. Part of therapy with me is practicing being in safe, secure relationship where your feedback and needs are valued & integrated into our work. I primarily work through a body-based somatic lens, with additional training in the worlds of sex therapy, relationships, and altered state integration. I have seen how connecting with and resourcing the body to process stuck emotions in a loving container leads to healing and relief.
I see clients individually or in dyads, and I also offer professional consultation to other counsellors - I work well with folks trying to unmask, LGBTQ+ people, disabled folks, BPD-ers, sex workers, and those in non-normative relationships. My dyad work, whether you are romantic or platonic partners, focuses on honesty, vulnerability, connection and repair.
