Are you worried about your child’s anxiety, emotions, behaviour, or self-esteem? Maybe your child is struggling with bullying, emotional outbursts, friendships, identity, school stress, or feeling misunderstood. As a parent or caregiver, it can be difficult to know how to help when your child seems overwhelmed or disconnected. I provide a safe, supportive space where children, youth, young adults, and families can feel heard, develop coping skills, and work collaboratively toward goals such as improved emotional regulation, social communication, and self-confidence.
In therapy, we can learn healthy ways to express emotions, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and feel more connected at home, school, and in relationships. I tailor sessions to each person’s strengths and needs using a compassionate, client-centred approach.
I provide counselling support for children (4+), teens, young adults, and families. I hold degrees in Child and Youth Studies and Counselling Psychology, along with additional Play Therapy training. I invite you to reach out for a consultation to see how I may be able to help.

I take time to understand each individual as a whole person, beyond their challenges or diagnoses. Every individual brings their own strengths, personality, and needs into the room, so therapy is tailored to meet them where they are. The focus is on creating a safe, steady space where they feel understood and supported as they build skills to navigate emotions, relationships, and everyday life.
