I work with clients who have experienced trauma in relationships of all kinds - family, friendship, and romantic, as well as clients experiencing OCD and anxiety. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to help you heal, rebuild self-trust, manage anxiety, and create healthier relationships. Together, we'll move toward building a life that feels safe, meaningful, and not run by the “what ifs” of anxiety and a nervous system on-edge.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. I hope you can feel safe to show up as authentically you - free from people-pleasing and self-silencing.
