We are a team of counsellors, Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers, who provide child counselling, youth counselling, adult counselling, family counselling and couples counselling. As a group, our counsellors specialize in: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Prenatal and Postpartum Mental Health, and Trauma and/ or PTSD. We offer in person counselling in Burlington and Ottawa, Ontario and online counselling to anyone in Ontario.

Our sessions will be filled with listening, reflecting, offering support, guidance, and helping you to make connections and realizations about yourself and your life. You will feel safe, respected, empathy, and genuinely cared for.
