We are a team of counsellors, Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers, who provide child counselling, youth counselling, adult counselling, family counselling and couples counselling. As a group, our counsellors specialize in: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Prenatal and Postpartum Mental Health, and Trauma and/ or PTSD.
