I am a Level 2 Trained IFS Therapist with the internationally recognized, IFS Institute. My primary method of therapeutic treatment is through the IFS model, however, I also regularly use DBT, CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy to help you with work/school/life balance, stress, anxiety, self-confidence, people pleasing and trauma.
I value bringing my authentic and playful self into the therapy space. You may find I sprinkle a little humour into sessions while holding space for you to feel authentically witnessed, and capable of approaching the deeper parts of you (maybe for the first time) that still need healing.
