Welcome! I work with people experiencing a variety of life transitions and struggles. Unexpected events, persistent stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, or other unresolved challenges from earlier in life may be interfering with your ability to live a fulfilling, meaningful life. I can work with you to build safety, improve insight, provide feedback, process difficult feelings, and practice coping skills. I have 15+ years of experience in mental health and provide a safe space to process complex feelings and situations, with a focus on creating a life of purpose and peace.
I offer several therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT) as well as general supportive counselling. We work together during an initial assessment to find an approach that works for you, whether that involves short term crisis intervention or ongoing support. I actively encourage ongoing client feedback to ensure your needs are met.
