It's an honor to come alongside you as you work towards growth and healing. My goal is to provide a safe and accepting environment to process difficult experiences and relational distress. I see counselling as a collaborative and sacred process. With empathy and compassion, I want to support you as you invest in self-discovery and emotional awareness. As a counsellor, I enjoy working with children/youth, adults, and families. My areas of interest include neurodiversity, trauma, family systems, and grief/loss. I am currently pursuing certification as a play therapist through the Canadian Association for Play Therapy.
I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a Certified Canadian Counsellor through CCPA. I operate from a client-centered and attachment lens, and I draw on principles of Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work with couples and families. I use play and art therapy techniques, allowing you to express yourself when words aren’t enough.
