Hello! Let me introduce myself. My name is Sarah Servos and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with offices in Burlington and Campbellville (15 minutes from Milton, Guelph and Waterdown), in addition to teletherapy. In my practice I welcome adults, teens and children. My approach to doing therapy is integrative, meaning I draw upon various therapeutic modalities depending upon your needs, including CBT, psychodynamic, ACT and mindfulness approaches. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, empathetic and safe space where we can explore the issues you bring to therapy and where we can work together to achieve your goals.
In addition, l also offer Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and office based therapy at a beautiful and relaxing country property in Campbellville. Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a form of experiential therapy using horses as a part of the process Research has shown it to be effective in addressing many of the issues that clients bring to therapy.
In light of COVID-19, I am currently offering teletherapy, and in-person therapy, depending on your needs.
