I spent 23+ years navigating the corporate professional world. In that time, I also married, became a mom, & divorced. I also discovered my most treasured core value - human connection - fueled by a desire to preserve & promote the well-being of others, & to nurture my own well-being in the same ways. I work with those who are in the midst of significant life transitions & struggling with - Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression, abandonment pain, anger, career, panic, trauma, relationship issues, self-worth, self esteem, stress, perfectionism, self-harming, cutting, suicidal ideation, family, & more. DBT is the modality I gravitate to most.
